Growth Marketing Lead
- Do you want to make sure an international tech organization is truly found by the right target audience?
- Do you get energized by the latest developments in AI search and want to explore how to create structurally more visibility and leads with it?
- Are you someone who not only develops a strategy, but also experiments, tests, and optimizes yourself?
- And do you like the idea of building a completely new demand generation machine together with Sales, Content, and a GTM Engineer?
Then this is a role where you can make a lot of impact.
Your new employer
Your new employer develops smart technology that is used worldwide in modern work environments. From the Netherlands, the organization works with large international companies to make offices smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.
The technology is already active in dozens of countries and the ambition is clear: enable many more organizations worldwide to benefit from this innovative solution. They need your help to make that happen!
The organization is in a unique phase. Over the past few years, the company has quadrupled in size, and now it’s time for the next step. The market is growing fast, there is room to invest, and they are actively building a scalable marketing organization.
To accelerate growth further, a new Go-To-Market organization is being built in which Sales, Marketing, Content, and technology work closely together. There is plenty of room for initiative and improvement: the organization knows where it wants to go, but there is still a lot to discover and build. That’s exactly why they are looking for someone who likes to build, is curious about new developments, and takes ownership of results.
The culture is open, ambitious, and collaboration-driven. Here you’ll not only get responsibility, but also colleagues who challenge each other, give feedback, and want to improve every day.
Responsibilities
As Growth Marketing Lead, you have one clear mission: ensure the organization is found more easily by the right target audience and that this visibility results in a high-quality inbound pipeline. That’s why you look beyond traditional performance marketing.
You research how potential customers search, what questions they have, and how to make sure the organization is visible and relevant in Google as well as in the rapidly changing world of AI search. To do this, you build a playbook around SEO, SEA, AEO, AI search, content, LinkedIn, retargeting, and CRO. You personally experiment with new AI applications, test different targeting and retargeting approaches, and use data to determine where real potential lies. You work closely with the GTM Engineer, Content Marketing, and Sales.
The GTM Engineer focuses, among other things, on the technical infrastructure, automation, and data; you translate market and customer insights into the marketing approach and ensure the right audience is reached, activated, and converted. Think, for example, of identifying companies that may be in-market, setting up targeted campaigns and retargeting, and also asking questions like: are we ranking high enough in search, do we have the right content, and why aren’t the right leads coming in yet?
You’re not someone who waits for others to build the solution. If you see content is missing, you help shape what needs to be created. If you spot a new development in AI search, you want to test it yourself. Ultimately, it comes down to one thing: continuously improving at reaching the right prospects and building a scalable marketing machine that contributes to growth.
