The Role | Create Visual Solutions for a Global Audience
As a Graphic Design Strategist, you will take the lead in designing compelling, culturally relevant visuals that resonate with users worldwide. Your work will ensure the company’s value proposition is clearly communicated across diverse marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce static and motion graphics, video content, and digital advertising materials tailored to different markets and demographics.
  • Design user-centric assets that adhere to brand guidelines and healthcare industry standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing and product visuals.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance metrics, and iterate on creatives to optimize engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to innovate within the health advertising space.

Your Profile | The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you are:

  • Over 5 years of experience in graphic design for marketing, with at least 2 years in an app-based company.
  • Proven skills in creating static and motion ads, video editing, and UI-focused content for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and 2D/3D software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and health advertising trends.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and deliver in fast-paced environments.
