Where do you fit in as Recruitment Consultant?
As a consultant, your primary responsibility is to find the right talents for the vacancies of our clients & manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Equally important is being able to manage & grow the relationship with our existing clients, as well as eventually bringing in new clients with new vacancies for you to fill. Responsibilities include:
- Building & maintaining a high quality and professional network of digital marketing candidates.
- Supporting clients by finding the right candidates for the right positions.
- Building long term relationships with our clients who are senior global & regional decision makers: i.e., C-Suite, Founders, Owners, Presidents, VPs, Directors, Hiring Managers.
- Writing job ads for corresponding vacancies and promoting them using online channels.
- Creating email marketing campaigns to help bring in new clients and new candidates.
- Building a contact database of prospective companies and cold call to convert them into clients.
- In short, ensure the growth of our clients, whilst also helping candidates make changes in their lives.
What's needed from you?
- Excellent and strong communication skills
- Comfortability speaking daily with global talent from all over the region & world
- Exposure or understanding of the recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing and/or HR industry
- Have a commercial and proactive mindset
- Positive attitude with outbound cold calling
- Detail-oriented & analytical working style
- Highly competitive nature
- Supportive and collaborative mindset
- Responsibility for creating solutions and working autonomously
- Motivation to develop yourself (personally and professionally)
- An inner drive to make the best out of every situation
What would set you apart?
- Excellent and strong communication skills, with very high fluency in English
- 2-3 years of experience in the recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing or HR industry
- Strong familiarity with managing end to end recruitment process
- Being well-versed in managing international clients & stakeholders
- Sales or new business experience
- Exposure to a startup environment
