About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for driving user growth through paid digital channels. You manage, optimize and scale performance campaigns with a strong focus on data, experimentation and efficiency.

In this role, you work closely with different stakeholders to test new concepts, improve performance and ensure campaigns are continuously optimized. You focus specifically on the German market and play an important role in scaling performance marketing activities internationally.

What You Will Do

  • Set up, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other paid platforms
  • Drive both user acquisition and brand awareness through data-driven campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into concrete optimizations
  • Work with attribution and analytics tools to measure impact and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve ad concepts and messaging
  • Stay up to date with trends, best practices and innovations in performance and mobile marketing
  • Support international growth initiatives, with a strong focus on the German market

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
  • You have experience working with paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or similar platforms
  • You are analytically strong and comfortable working with performance data
  • You enjoy testing, experimenting and optimizing based on results
  • You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
  • You are fluent or native in German and comfortable working in an international environment
  • You are willing to occasionally travel for collaboration with local teams
