Marketing Analyst

Job Opening: Marketing Analyst

Do you want to…?

  • Translate data and analyses into actionable insights that drive marketing and growth strategies, making an impact on the marketing mix of an international tech supermarket?
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization where you create your own career path?
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and turn complex challenges into results?
  • Be part of an innovative team that continuously finds new ways to delight customers?

About the organization: tech supermarket

Your new employer is a technology-driven online supermarket that has been redefining the grocery shopping experience since 2015. Instead of physical stores, the company operates entirely via an app, allowing customers to order groceries and have them delivered free of charge by a fleet of electric vehicles. Efficiency, sustainability, and customer focus are central, supported by smart logistics and data-driven decision-making.

The organization is growing rapidly, both nationally and internationally, and its culture is dynamic and innovative. Employees are given the freedom to develop ideas and make an impact, with plenty of room for personal growth and experimentation in an informal, collaborative environment.

About the role: Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst, you are the driving force behind marketing insights. You analyze data, develop dashboards, and translate numbers into actionable strategies that improve growth and marketing performance. You take projects from start to finish, owning them end-to-end, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver results.

You combine analytical sharpness with strong business sense. You know how to engage stakeholders, turn challenges into actions, and translate marketing data into real business impact. You will join an environment where initiative, energy, and ownership are highly valued.

Working alongside two other Marketing Analysts, you will play a key role in mapping brand awareness, identifying potential, and optimizing budgets and channel allocation.

In this role, you will work hands-on with practical marketing analytics:

  • Build and manage dashboards in Looker and Tableau to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and brand lift, translating these into actionable insights for marketing teams.
  • Implement and iterate on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and ensure mobile measurement and attribution solutions are working accurately.
  • Design and execute experiments such as A/B tests and conversion lift studies to measure the effectiveness of marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and data engineering teams to enable data-driven decision-making and turn analyses into actionable results.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or consultancy.
  • Experience in media analysis, both digital and offline (digital campaigns and Marketing Mix Modeling).
  • Strong analytical skills and well-developed business sense.
  • Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of projects.
  • Proactive, independent, and used to working in dynamic, stakeholder-intensive environments.
  • Not looking for rigid structures; you spot opportunities and create your own career path.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Annual salary up to €85,000, depending on experience.
  • 25 vacation days and travel allowance.
  • Pension plan and solid secondary benefits.
  • Support for learning & development, and freedom to create your own career path.
  • Flexible, dynamic working environment where ideas and initiative are truly valued.
  • Fresh lunch, snacks, and a collaborative, energetic culture.

Does this sound like your next challenge?
