The team you’ll join is a young, ambitious, and strategic team building financial products for both B2C (consumers/app users) and B2B (drivers & restaurants). The team currently has five members and is scaling fast, leveraging recent investments and setting ambitious targets for the next few years.

The mission: accelerate financial services growth and establish a leading market position in payment solutions. You’ll join an environment where strategy and execution are equally important; with room to take initiative, bring structure, and make a direct impact on commercial results.

Your new role: Financial systems Operations Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development, launch, and lifecycle management of financial products across EMEA. You’ll work end-to-end: from concept and business case to go-to-market strategy and performance monitoring.

What you’ll do:

  • Support end-to-end development and lifecycle management of financial products such as wallets, loyalty programs, pay-later solutions, and co-branded credit cards.
  • Build business cases based on data, market research, and customer insights, contributing to forecasts, investment plans, and sustainable unit economics.
  • Coordinate sourcing processes, support RFI/RFP management, partner selection, and commercial negotiations in close collaboration with product, legal, risk, compliance, and regional teams.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning, KPI definition, and post-launch governance to monitor performance and continuously iterate on product features.
  • Work cross-functionally with spender and earner teams, supporting roadmap execution and delivery—from quick wins to R&D-driven launches.

Daily focus:

  • ~70% spender-focused roadmap execution and R&D, including data analysis, SQL-driven insights, macro research, and stakeholder alignment.
  • ~30% supporting and accelerating existing initiatives in smaller markets.

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within financial services, consulting, banking, or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on program management and experience with product launches (ideally zero-to-one).
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset — using data to drive decisions and build compelling business cases (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Independent, results-oriented professional with attention to detail and a pragmatic mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, switching quickly between strategy and execution.
