The regional marketing teams at your new employer play a vital role in building strong connections with the markets and communities in which the company operates. As the frontline of the business, regional marketers collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Brand, Content, PMM, Communications, Policy, Sales, and Operations) to bring brand strategy and products to life in local markets.
In this position, you will be part of the International B2B Marketing team and lead the event marketing strategy and execution in alignment with the growth ambitions for the company’s B2B solutions across EMEA.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to support the B2B Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for B2B industry events, conferences, trade shows, owned events, and hospitality initiatives.
This is a fully end-to-end event marketing position covering strategy, creative development, production, agency and vendor management, integrated pre-/during-/post-event marketing plans, budgeting, logistics, supplier management, and performance evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for EMEA, ranging from large-scale flagship events to smaller local activations, in close collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Lead B2B events from concept to execution, including positioning, messaging, creative development, on-site delivery, staffing, budget management, and post-event performance analysis.
- Take a customer-centric approach by understanding the target B2B audience and translating the global brand positioning and product narrative into impactful event experiences.
- Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure events are delivered within or below budget.
- Oversee event measurement and reporting, clearly communicating ROI and business impact to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the regional B2B event calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and market timing.
- Support ad-hoc regional event needs, including managing incoming requests, coordinating logistics (such as shipping booth materials), and advising local teams on best practices.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop integrated go-to-market plans surrounding events (pre-, during-, and post-event activation).
- Share best practices and maintain an event playbook for local field teams.
What do we need from you?
- 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results (ROI, lead generation, pipeline impact, closed deals, etc.).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder and relationship management capabilities.
- Solid experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and B2B marketing automation platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to build compelling presentations.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and complex situations. Able to work independently while continuously seeking improvement and impact.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a wide range of B2B events, including large trade shows, co-marketing initiatives, experiential activations, executive roundtables, and educational workshops.
- Ability to articulate a clear strategic vision and bring stakeholders along through collaborative communication.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and experience working across the full marketing mix, including both brand-building and performance marketing initiatives.
