Senior B2B Growth Marketer

The culture is very open, humble, international and easy-going. You’ll join the Growth team, working together with the Head of Growth and a medior Growth Marketer. The company is built to work very cross-functional, always with a focus on improving and investing in the newest technologies. 

The role: Senior B2B Growth Marketer who loves the thrill of scaling a fast-growing digital marketplace.

In this role, you’ll own the B2B side of the business: the service providers who make everything possible. You’ll create and run campaigns, partnerships, and engagement strategies that not only attract providers but keep them excited and active on the platform.

You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success to make sure every interaction feels seamless, while helping the business grow internationally. This is a role where hands-on execution meets strategic thinking, and where your impact is visible across the entire marketplace ecosystem.

What we’re looking for in the new Sr. B2B Growth Marketer

  • You have solid experience in growth marketing or a highly analytical B2B SaaS or marketplace role, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue impact. 
  • You know how to develop and scale partnership programs in global or multi-country contexts. 
  • You’re an expert in Growth Marketing, knows (B2B) paid advertising, CRM and marketing automation, understanding how to engage and retain users across the entire lifecycle. 
  • You’re hands-on with Google Ads, Linkedin but also with tools like HubSpot, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • You think strategically, act decisively, and know what it takes to grow a two-sided marketplace. 
  • Problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making come naturally to you, and you thrive on figuring out how small changes can make a huge impact.
  • Communication in English and working in an international environment is something you’re used to.
