The Role: B2B Marketing Specialist UK
As the B2B Marketing Specialist UK, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in one of the company’s key markets. This new role is giving you the chance to refine messaging, establish scalable marketing strategies, and own campaigns from start to finish.
- Take ownership of marketing performance in the UK, focusing on generating high-quality leads.
- Partner with regional Sales teams to align commercial priorities and develop quarterly marketing plans to achieve targets.
- Define, develop, execute, and measure regional campaigns to drive acquisition, awareness, and adoption of services.
- Work cross-functionally to develop compelling UK-specific content that supports KPIs.
- Collaborate with the local Communications team to support PR initiatives.
- Proactively research market trends and relevant topics, socialising recommendations and gathering feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in regional messaging.
- Optimize landing pages and digital campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Experiment with new digital channels and evaluate their potential.
What we’ll need from you:
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation or marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels, including but not limited to email, LinkedIn, webinars, content marketing.
- Experience in B2B event management is a plus.
- Structured problem solver with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience in localisation and project management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or other CMS platforms; basic HTML skills; experience with project tracking tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Google Drive suite is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and high-level data analysis.
- Pan-European marketing experience is an advantage.
- Experience in industry, travel, or delivery sectors is a plus.
