About the role: Paid Advertising Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving user growth through paid digital channels, you’ll make an impact with your SEA skills and will expand your knowledge into broader paid media campaigns. You will support the setup, execution and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta and TikTok, working with substantial budgets and directly impacting performance.

You will monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau, identifying opportunities to improve results and scale what works. Working closely with the creative team, you will help develop and test engaging ad content that resonates with users and strengthens both performance and brand building efforts.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn quickly and take increasing ownership. You will stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile growth and performance marketing, while contributing to a team that values experimentation, speed and measurable impact.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid advertising.
  • Experience with SEA (Google ads), Social (Meta, TikTok)
  • In-app marketing experience is a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and used to working in dynamic, stakeholder-intensive environments.
  • Not looking for rigid structures; you spot opportunities and create your own career path.
  • English is required, Dutch, French or German language is a plus
