SEA Specialist | International B2B E-commerce Player | Full Channel Ownership | €2M Marketing Budget | Up to €62K | Hybrid (North Holland Region)

The vacancy : SEA Specialist

Do you want to

  • Take full ownership of the most important marketing channel within an international B2B e-commerce company
  • Collaborate closely with category managers and marketing to shape the direction of campaigns and promotions
  • Work with a €2 million marketing budget, with 70% allocated to paid search
  • Build strategically and operationally across the Benelux, Germany and France

Yes? Then this one’s for you.

Your new employer: from broad assortment to focused growth

Twelve years ago, this company started with one clear mission: to make a full range of professional kitchen equipment and catering supplies available online. What began as a product-driven approach quickly evolved into a dominant force in the Dutch B2B market. Today, they also serve France, Germany, Belgium, and Austria through their own e-commerce platforms.

In recent years, growth has accelerated through a strategic partnership with an investment group, unlocking access to international knowledge, capital, and scalability. Despite that growth, the company has kept its entrepreneurial culture intact, with short lines, fast decision-making, and plenty of room to contribute ideas and take ownership.

Right now, the company is in a pivotal phase. The shift from product-focused to customer-driven operations has begun. Instead of offering everything to everyone, they now focus on what customers really need. That means prioritising high-margin products, bestsellers, and items that are strategically important for retention and loyalty.

The marketing team is small but sharp. You’ll be working closely with a team lead, a category manager, an automation specialist and an external agency. Within this setup, there’s a clear need for someone to fully own paid search, operationally and strategically. Not just at the campaign level, but also in alignment with stock, promotions, and assortment planning.

If you’re looking for a place where you can take the lead, move fast, and help shape the long-term vision, you’ll feel right at home here.

Your new role: SEA specialist with the freedom to build, test, and optimise

In this role, you’ll be responsible for paid search across multiple European markets. You manage and optimise campaigns with a focus on performance, while thinking about how marketing connects to broader commercial goals.

You work closely with category management and marketing to decide what gets promoted when. Which products deserve visibility based on overstock, margin, or strategic importance? You turn those priorities into campaigns that convert.

Search is your base, but you don’t stop there. If you see opportunities on social or display that can drive performance, you act on them. You don’t think in channels, you think in outcomes. And because the company is in a transition phase, there’s real room to test, experiment and try new approaches. Whether it’s formats, copy variants or smarter budget allocation, your insights will move the team forward.

You’ll work with autonomy and get the trust to make decisions. At the same time, you’re the kind of person who leads by doing. Someone who brings clarity to meetings, takes initiative and challenges teammates to raise the bar. You’re hands-on, but you always think one step ahead.

What you bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in paid search
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaings
  • Experience with GA4 and Tag Manager & feedmanagment
  • Able to challenge agencies and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • You contribute to channel mix discussions, but search is where you shine

What you get in return

  • Salary up to €62K per year including holiday allowance (based on full-time)
  • Hybrid work environment
  • A young, international team with colleagues from more than 10 countries
  • Pension plan, travel reimbursement, and regular team events
  • Plenty of room to build, experiment, and grow personally and professionally
