The role: Technical Web Analyst | building the foundation for growth
Your new employer uses a wide range of marketing tools to collect data about website traffic, leads, marketing campaigns, and customers. What’s currently missing is a proper connection between these data streams and the CRM system, to gain deeper insights and unlock more possibilities.
This is where your expertise comes in! As the new Technical Web Analyst, you will be a crucial link in improving and streamlining marketing processes from a technical perspective.
Although there are several data experts within the organization, you make the difference by bringing marketing expertise. With your data integrations, more insights can be generated, and you will have a direct impact on the company’s continued growth.
One key project you will tackle is developing a scoring model for generated leads, existing customers, and further customer segmentation. You have a passion for data and process optimization and understand that a well-functioning organization depends on the collaboration between different systems and their users.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Marketing Teams to ensure marketing strategies are executed efficiently and effectively.
You will integrate various data sources such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and website analytics into the CRM system, create scoring models for customer engagement and segmentation, and evaluate campaign performance based on KPIs.
A quick overview of your responsibilities as a Technical Web Analyst:
- Elevate the tag management structure and clarify data sources while applying best practices.
- Responsible for the technical setup and daily management of the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation tools, and advertising platforms.
- Set up and maintain scoring and segmentation models for leads and accounts.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in marketing processes and automate where possible.
- Analyze and generate marketing data and report on campaign performance, creating the foundation for other marketing colleagues.
- Act as a sparring partner for RevOps and Marketing Teams during campaign testing, software rollouts, and the implementation of efficient workflows.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across marketing systems and the data warehouse.

What we expect from you:
- 2–5 years of experience in technical web analytics, marketing automation, or marketing operations, with overall marketing data knowledge.
- Experience within B2B and/or SaaS is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with: SQL, Google Analytics, GTM, APIs, and marketing data from LinkedIn or Google campaigns.
- Bonus: experience with Databricks, Apollo, Dynamics 365.
- BA level thinking and work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-changing environment, where stakeholder management is key
What you’ll get in return:

Annual salary up to €97,200 for a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience.
