Your new Job: German speaking Customer Success Manager with focus on AI technology

You’ll become part of a new team that is focussed all around gaining more ground in the German market by ensuring both your prospects and clients understand that there is simply no better alternative in the market.
You will be responsible for proactively engaging with your client as you offer guidance to both technically and non-technically minded users by ways of training them in best practices, giving workshops and gathering feedback that enables the engineering team to further drive innovation.
During your time you can count on receiving training and support for your professional development by some of the industry’s finest, including getting you the certifications that will attest you your expertise in this top-shelf technology.

What do we need from you?

As the latest German speaking Customer Success Manager with focus on AI technology, we would need the following from you: 

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or customer success roles
  • You have experience in/understanding of AI services, tools and frameworks
  • You are fluent in both English and German
  • You have a passion for the subject material and are able to clearly communicate it’s intricacies to both technical and non-technical audiences

What do you get in return?

  • 3.580 Gross per month, based on 40 hours
  • 25% Annual bonus
  • Extensive training and support in attaining relevant certifications
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in office (Amsterdam), 2 days WFH
  • Monthly WFH allowance
