You’ll be part of the Global Treasury Team, that is responsible for the cash management. The team works on highly transactional journeys, but do not yet have a data driven strategy. That’s where your skills become very valuable! 

You’ll employ advanced analytics to steer the financial strategies and decision-making processes. This position requires a profound grasp of data analytics in cash management, risk assessment, and financial optimization. Your new employer seeks a candidate who brings analytical prowess and strategic vision to elevate the treasury operations, fostering sustainable growth and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Uncover Data-Driven Insights: Extract actionable insights from intricate financial datasets, employing advanced statistical methods to inform treasury strategies.
  • Craft and Assess Financial Models: Develop and refine financial models to anticipate trends, evaluate risk, and scrutinize the financial impact of potential strategies.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collaborate with treasury and finance leaders to define and monitor KPIs and other pivotal financial metrics, crucial for assessing operational efficacy.
  • Foster a Data-Driven Environment: Advocate for data literacy within the treasury team, devising tools and protocols that enhance transparency and facilitate decision-making across financial operations.

What you’ll bring as to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • For M.S. degree holders, a minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • For Bachelor’s degree holders, a minimum of 2+ years of pertinent industry experience, preferably in treasury or financial analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  • Strong grasp of experimental design and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient with financial modeling tools such as Excel, and familiar with financial visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business demands.
