Your Role: Business Development Representative
In this role, you will actively conduct market research to identify new clients and business opportunities. This is done by engaging with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to qualify prospects and spark interest. By building strong relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs, you will deliver tailored, value-driven proposals. The marketing and sales teams work closely together to develop strategies that drive both customer acquisition and retention. Finally, you will maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on your progress toward targets.
What do you bring?
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Solid grasp of sales and customer relationship principles
- Proactive, results-driven, self-motivated and strong organizational mindset
- Native German and fluent in English; other languages are a plus
