The role: Senior Data Analyst

Your new employer seeks an analyst to bolster a small, collaborative team dedicated to crafting strategies tailored to Professional Service Providers (PSPs), including consultancies and client-facing agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical prowess alongside adept communication and stakeholder management skills. A proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to enact tangible business outcomes is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and upholding a robust and precise data foundation concerning PSPs, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Generating insights into pivotal shifts in the company’s approach to PSP clients and their utilization of our product, drawing from diverse product and commercial data sources.
• Crafting compelling narratives and insights derived from data analysis to effectively convey the company’s performance and market dynamics to leadership, thereby bolstering strategic decision-making.
• Assuming ownership of all data-related aspects pertaining to PSPs, encompassing data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting, in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, including strategy, sales, marketing, and product, as well as senior leadership, to disseminate insights gleaned from data analysis and drive meaningful impact.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on PSP-related data and analytics, offering guidance, support, and training to colleagues and stakeholders as necessary to cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization.

What we’ll need from you as the Senior Data Analyst

• 6-8+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science within a rapidly expanding hyper-growth environment.
• Proficiency in crafting SQL queries and navigating large datasets effectively.
• Aptitude for uncovering narratives within data through statistical analysis and adeptness in articulating these narratives to leadership and non-technical audiences, both orally and in written form.
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics and evaluate the outcomes of specific initiatives. With Looker studio or Tableau
• Experience with statistical analysis, R or Python could be helpful, but is no must
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Naturally curious and proactive, with the capability to navigate ambiguity during the discovery process.​​​​​​

• 6 months project, with possible extension for minimum of 32 hours a week
• Hourly rate between €85-100,-
