The team is constantly working on creating the best customer support for their users. And with your analytical skills you’ll understand the users’ point of view and optimize their experience by developing strategic programs that can be rolled out over different in EMEA countries.!

The role: Senior Program Manager

You will work in a team that is responsible for the best customer experience support. The ultimate goal of your team is to optimize the user experience. To be able to do this, it is up to you to establish good processes and optimize the current strategy. What you’ll be doing:

  • Put your project management skills to work; structured meetings and deadlines to achieve the goals of the program implementations.
  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative analyses to pinpoint areas needing improvement, propose solutions, and collaborate across departments to implement and oversee these optimizations.
  • Oversee the launch of strategic programs such as global policy harmonization and user experience optimization across EMEA markets
  • Cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across business functions and markets. Focus on continuous improvement of this relationship with stakeholders to stay on top of the market.
  • Provide support to regional teams in implementing targeted improvements to customer support within their markets and expanding support or other operations into new markets within their regions.
  • Share insights and advocate for the user’s perspective with Operations, Product, and Community teams. Together with these teams you’ll initiate innovative programs to maximize succes for the most important customers.

With your skills and experience in project management, you know better than anyone else what it takes to steer your programs in the right direction and make this platform an even greater success!

As the new Senior Program Manager, we need the following from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, mainly with large projects
  • You are a true self-starter.
  • Ability to structure a project from scratch, recognize the challenges and opportunities within a limited leadership support environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and organizational skills – the main components of project management
  • You are a true team player, able to work as part of a small, streamlined team and also able to handle stakeholders well.
  • Good communication skills, knowing how to keep every link in the process well informed.
  • Experience in data analysis, you will be working in a highly data-driven environment where data is used to measure whether performance meets the standards and to find improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with SQL is a big plus.
  • Experience working with external or international teams is a plus!
