Finest People is officially SNA-certified! With this quality mark, we meet all requirements of the Stichting Normering Arbeid, which means we operate according to the highest standards of reliability, transparency, and compliance with laws and regulations.

The SNA quality mark is only granted to organizations that demonstrably handle matters such as wage payments, tax remittance, and identity verification with great care. It’s a recognition we are proud of, as it confirms that we have everything in order not only for our clients and candidates, but also behind the scenes.

At Finest People, we believe that trust is the foundation of every collaboration. With the SNA quality mark, we show that we honor that promise, every single day.

Before the first day, we share our digital handbook with new colleagues so they can already get familiar with how things work at Finest People. By the time the first day arrives, the entire team is aware of the arrival of our new colleague. Naturally, the workspace and MacBook or Windows laptop are prepared as well.

The new colleague is also immediately paired with a buddy team. This ensures that someone is always available for them, and they can ask questions at any time.

In addition, the new colleague receives a fun welcome package with FP merch, and we prepare a well-structured schedule for the first two weeks. This includes plenty of time for one-on-one introductory meetings with our colleagues, training sessions, and the first steps toward recruitment.

This way, our new colleague can get to know the entire Finest People team and our field of work step by step. We take our time with this because we believe it’s important that someone feels at home right away.

During the one-on-one introductory meetings, we often take a walk in the Vondelpark, visit the Ten Katemarkt, or have a cup of coffee together at the office. This way, we aim to meet the needs and preferences of our new colleague and make sure they always get off to a flying start!

What a day! Great Place To Work Netherlands announced the best Dutch employers of 2023 on Friday, June 2nd. Thanks to our team’s strong ratings on themes such as trust, pride, and enjoyment, Finest People placed number 5 in the small category!

We have also developed a complete action plan that clearly outlines what needs to be done to grow from a specific role into a director position within Finest People. It includes, among other things, when a promotion can be achieved and the timeframes Finest People uses for this.

In addition, Finest People has its own in-house trainer who provides in-person training sessions and creates training videos for our internally developed e-learning platform. This way, the new colleague has easy access to all the tools they need for their development.
