Fifteen years. A journey that started with an idea and grew into a force that is now impossible to ignore. For 5479 days Finest People has been at the heart of the digital market. Not as a spectator, but as a player. Not just as a recruiter, but as a builder of careers and companies.

We have witnessed the industry evolve at lightning speed. We have created opportunities where others saw obstacles. We have made over a thousand matches for nearly 600 companies. Not because we had to, but because it felt right. And we have learned from successes, from setbacks, and from everything in between.

But above all, we did not do this alone. A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Clients, candidates, colleagues, partners. You are the reason we are here. You have challenged us, supported us and helped us become better every step of the way.

About our services

Our journey as a recruitment consultancy

In 2010, Umut founded Finest People from home. After a short period, he moved into an office at the Damrak. Shortly after that, Finest People relocated to the Keizersgracht and then spent a long period at the ‘Amsterdam Ondernemerscentrum’ (AOC) on the beautiful WG-plein.

In 2023, we made the move to Leidseplein 1, the former studio of RTL Boulevard. This stunning and spacious location is perfect for regularly welcoming clients, candidates, and applicants, and it offers us plenty of opportunities for further growth.

Today, we are proud to say that we have helped 1,000+ candidates take the next step in their careers at 500+ organizations. Just imagine how many conversations it took to reach these numbers!

This is also one of the reasons why recruitment is such an exciting profession. We are often the first to hear about changes in the industry, exciting initiatives and campaigns, emerging markets, new tools, and more. Thanks to this knowledge, we can continue to perform our work at the highest level.

Speed is key—but so is knowing when to slow down.
Recruitment is a fast-moving business. If something needs to be done today, don’t wait until tomorrow—act immediately. However, for critical matters, don’t rush. Discuss internally, ask for help and advice, and take the necessary time for what truly requires attention.

Results matter.
Our success is defined by the tangible results we achieve through dedication and hard work. Every success is measured by the outcomes we deliver, directly impacting our reputation and standing in the market.

Since 2010

an average of 65% of our candidates have been invited for a first interview. Of those, 70% are invited for a second interview. 50% of them receive a job offer. 85% of these candidates remain employed for more than two years.

Brand promise

Our biggest brand promise is that we always find a suitable candidate who is willing to meet with you. If we cannot confidently say that we can make the right match, we won’t take on the assignment.
