The role: Digital Media Manager | Based in London 

Your role within the organization is to be responsible for all strategic development of media operations. In this role you will liaise with internal stakeholders as well as with external (media) agencies. Together with these stakeholders you are responsible for all digital media communications are strategically planned, executed and all contribute to the companies direction and KPI’s. You will make smooth implementation of digital media campaigns reality, on time and within budget. Ideally you have both experience with a similar role on agency-side and client-side.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver digital media strategies in-tune with the companies goals within brand-awareness, performance, digital acquisition and conversion.
  • Based on your skills to find out what the needs of the business departments are, you will create media plans and execute them.
  • You will identify the right audience groups and develop insights how to use the right digital media channels to attract, engage and convert leads.
  • You will analyze competitor strategies and use the outcome to improve the success of your own digital media strategy.
  • You will lead and support the digital advertising campaigns, on multiple channels (display, social, programmatic, search advertising, etc)
  • Responsible for the budget: Manage the media investments, timelines and ROI.
  • Continuously follow the latest developments within digital media & advertising.

Desired experience for this role

  • At least seven years of experience in managing and/or leading digital marketing and advertising campaigns on multiple channels
  • Preferably worked on agency-side as well as client-side
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Google Analytics, DV360, Google Adwords, Social Advertising & monitoring, etc.
  • Having worked with multiple DSP’s / Digital trading platforms
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
  • Strong analytical knowledge
  • Strong Conversion optimalisation experience in A/B-testing and/or A/B testing tools
  • Professional level of English.
