Rapidly growing and scaling up before the crisis and now more than doubling they are expanding and in need of a customer success manager who can help with the ongoing demand of their clients.
 
[H2] Your role: Helping to bring people together and keeping the economy going!

This March alone, they have increased to 10,000 conversations and this incredible growth, will maintain even after we go back to normal. Users who have tried the platform keep using it and even upgrade the use.

After onboarding the role of the Junior Customer Success Manager EMEA is to help European users of their SaaS platform. You deal with their day to day questions and provide a quick response through live chat and emails.

It’s a role that really requires you to think on your feet and get creative as you will create new ideas for success stories, video material, learning materials and content will improve the customer journey.
 
The role of customer success manager is the first step into multiple position in the company. You can evolve into either product, sales, account management or management depending what you interest you the most. This give you a great perspective for your career and ability to grow in the company itself.

What are they asking from you?

  • A great level of English – near native level
  • French intermediate level
  • Customer Service experience in SaaS.
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Active personality, getting things in motion
  • Able to work in France, either citizenship or the required documents to start right now or after a period of notice.
  • Strong social skills  
  • Great written level of English and French
