We are seeking individuals with a combination of creativity and a strong team-oriented approach. Here, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with well-known Asian brands and contribute to the discovery of the next ‘It’ brand set to debut in Singapore.
You will manage and optimize the e-commerce operations, sales, and online presence by overseeing the daily administration of the brand website and marketplaces, ensuring achievement of sales and operational KPIs, and collaborating across cross-functional teams for successful product launches and promotional campaigns, while continuously enhancing the user experience and staying updated on industry trends.
What will you do?
As an Assistant Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Daily management and administration of the Brand Website and Marketplaces
- Goal: Achieving Sales and Operation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accountability for sales and promotion performance
- Weekly reporting on performance with optimization recommendations
- Lead cross-functional team for e-commerce operational tasks
- This includes product listings, seasonal and brand launches, and promotional campaigns
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience on the website and marketplaces
- Collaboration with the Content and Creative team for marketing assets, blog posts, images, and more
- Ongoing website maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime
- Ensuring timely product shipments and resolving order fulfillment issues
- Leading the customer service team to achieve KPIs for chat response rate and problem-solving
- Collaboration with the Performance Marketer, SEO agency, and Social Media team to boost online presence and web traffic
- Staying updated on marketplace feature developments and sharing relevant updates with the team
- Monitoring marketplace trends and sharing best practices with the team
What we need from you?
✓ Diploma or Degree holder, with at least 3 to 5 years’
✓ Experience in managing website, preferably with the WooCommerce, Word Press and Magento experience.
✓ Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
✓ Experience in a fashion/beauty company is a plus.
