Your next role: Client Success Manager | Cross-selling and Upselling | Agency | Singapore based | SGD 6000 with Commissions! 

As the new Client Success Manager you will be involved with, 

  • Support Business Development: Research potential clients, industries, and trends. Assist needs analysis for tailored solutions.
  • Analyze Competitors and Market: Refine value propositions, evaluate trends, strengthen competitive edge.
  • Contribute to Strategies: Shape client-aligned strategies, craft compelling presentations.
  • Create Case Studies: Showcase proven results for clients.
  • Prepare Tenders: Highlight expertise in submissions.
  • Facilitate Client Engagement: Ensure smooth transitions, proactive follow-up.
  • Monitor Performance: Track key indicators, aid success assessment.
  • Manage Appointments: Arrange meetings, handle queries effectively.

What we need from you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to evolving industry practices.
