Your new Job: Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join the team as an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist.
As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in devising and executing successful ecommerce strategies and digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales and enhance our brand’s visibility.
The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and demonstrate a keen interest in keeping up with current industry trends and best practices.
What will you do?
As an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will.
- Ecommerce Management
- Oversee ecommerce operations for seamless customer experience.
- Optimize listings, pricing, promotions for increased sales.
- Ensure inventory availability and efficient order fulfillment.
- Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop comprehensive strategies for traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Manage online advertising across channels.
- Conduct market research and utilize SEO techniques.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging content across channels.
- Collaborate on visual materials.
- Manage social media and respond to customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Audit and optimize website usability and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing for increased conversions.
- Analyze user behavior and implement improvement strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key metrics and generate reports.
- Provide insights on performance and revenue trends.
What we need from you?
As the new Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist, you should have:
✓ At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
✓ Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and driving online sales.
✓ Proficiency in ecommerce platforms | Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, brand.com
✓ Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing.
✓ Strong analytical and communication skills | Google Analytics
✓ Creative problem-solving abilities.
✓ Ability to work independently and collaborate.
✓ Up-to-date with industry trends.
Due to quota requirements, we can only accept applicastions of candidates currently based in Singapore.
