This Account Director will be a key leader with the crucial responsibility of both managing clients and overseeing the creative production process. Responsibilities include:
- Nurturing relationships with key clients
- Ensuring top-tier quality execution of client requirements
- Developing growth strategies for clients
- Managing overall financial performance of the account
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Account Managers
What we would like you to bring:
- Knowledge of the beer/wine/spirits industry is a big plus
- Previous experience with POSM, print, and premiums is a must
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both clients and internal teams
