Your new Job: Integrated Media Manager

As a an Integrated Media Manager

  • Acting as the main point of contact for client services, you’ll ensure alignment throughout the account and campaign lifecycle.
  • You’ll aid the senior client lead in overseeing a portfolio of Integrated media accounts alongside a team of Planners and Executives.
  • You’ll articulate media strategies, negotiate with clients and partners, and handle the financial aspects of accounts.
  • Taking charge of strategy development, campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis for your designated portfolio.
  • Overseeing junior team members, assigning tasks, and assisting in their training and recruitment.
  • You’ll also participate in occasional new business pitching opportunities.

What we need from you?

  • The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing, communications, or related fields, or relevant work experience
  • Understanding the media and advertising landscape in Singapore, including ad networks and local market nuances, is important.
  • 4-5 years of experience for Managerial roles, and 6-8 years for Senior Manager or Associate Director positions, preferably in media agencies
  • Proficiency in integrated media planning covering FTA TV, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL/Influencer, and Digital is essential
  • Familiarity with digital buying platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DV360 is required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch is beneficial
  • Strong business acumen and budget management skills are necessary
  • Experience in team management is appreciated at this level technical stakeholders.
