This advertising agency is a publicly listed company and has been around for over 4 decades with business partners, and we say business partners because that’s how they manage to forge great relationships with their clients, for long years too by looking after others like they do for their own. Delivering successful marketing campaigns either or/and combining online offline, ATL and BTL channels.
 
With Singapore office being their hub for their Southeast Asia and Pacific Region, the company currently has a team of over 50 making sure that the brands they manage are able to grow in revenue through their marketing and communication efforts.

The job: Account Director

  • Proven track record with a clear responsibility on revenue targets, and growing company / agency P&L
  • Develop, drive brand strategy with company’s strategic vision
  • Organic growth and expanding on existing client’s service offering with agency
  • Be able to engage clients in areas of digital and campaign planning
  • A key role within the agency to build capabilities and drive business needs
  • Establish relationship with key clients (HOD) to continuously drive better value to client’s business.
  • Work cohesively with creative and planning to deliver great case studies and roll out for markets adoption in SEA 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic positions.
  • Must have experience in leading an organization with revenue responsibility
  • Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, organizer, team player
  • Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
  • Knowledge of Advertising and media concepts is preferred
  • Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language
  • Excellent listening comprehension and strong presentation skills a must
  • Good understanding of SEA markets
