Your new job: Marketing Operations Specialist | analytical mind | marketing technology | campaign operations | GA4 | HubSpot

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

You will manage our marketing technology stack to ensure the effective execution and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, report on the efficacy of those campaigns, and make recommendations for optimisation.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that support the company’s growth goals.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Own and manage analytics, reporting, and data integrations for the marketing team.

  • Implement and optimize email marketing programs in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or other platforms, including A/B testing, list segmentation, and list hygiene.
  • Maintain the existing marketing technology stack and integrate new tools and processes to drive optimisation and automation.
  • Provide digital marketing reports and dashboards across multiple platforms.
  • Work with internal and external marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the lead funnels that drive revenue – from web visitors to customers and everything in between.

What do we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/ experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Google platform (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
