Your Next Role: Media Sales Director | Content Marketing, Digital Media, Brand Building, Demand Generation
As a Media Sales Director, you will use your existing customer network to pitch and close innovative customer solutions from our array of products. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, collaborate with team members to achieve larger deals, and gather feedback to improve our products and service deliveries
The Function:

  • Utilize your existing customer network to pitch and close innovative solutions from our product portfolio, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Take a proactive approach to seeking out new sales opportunities, using a combination of traditional methods like cold calling and modern techniques like social media and networking events
  • Collaborate closely with team members to share information, strategies, and best practices, with the goal of achieving larger deal sizes and better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects about our products and services, and work with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organization, building trust and becoming a valued partner in their success.
  • Thorough understanding of digital media and content marketing landscape including video, mobile, social, display, programmatic and experiential
  • Proven sales track record in selling digital and custom content
  • Results-oriented and self-driven
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative integrated solutions


  • 8+ years of sales experience: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in solutions-based approach for clients which would enable them to bring a wealth of knowledge to the role and make informed decisions. Preferrably someone coming from Media Agency or AdTech/MarTech Space.
  • Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and closing deals: It is important that the candidate has a history of success in sales, demonstrating their ability to identify new opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising is a bonus: As digital advertising is becoming increasingly important in the industry, a candidate who has experience or knowledge in this area would be an asset to the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
