Your new role: Performance Manager (Search and Social)
You will report to the Performance Director and manage your team of Performance Planners and Executives.
As the Performance Manager, you will:
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders and business leads on key clients in Singapore
- Develop and grow key contacts and networks with key performance partners and other technology vendors
- Support team leads in the gathering, monitoring, and analysis of performance data and ongoing strategy
- Prepare and present regular, relevant, business cases on new products and opportunities
- Build strategy and direction and then handover to the team for execution
- Be an evangelist and demonstrate thought leadership within the company
- Develop best practices on search/ performance marketing and promote sharing across teams and to the group
- Support in securing and developing new business (local and regional)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts/Client
- Create a cross-channel strategy and budget recommendation, establish measurement and benchmark optimization guidelines for upper and lower-funnel campaigns
- Manage, coordinate and communicate with cross-functional and local working teams to ensure that performance is maximized.
- Monitor and optimize performance and deliver client goals across Search & Social.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
- Lead and project manage innovative initiatives and test and learn opportunities
- Manage audience strategy and DMP conversations to drive media efficiencies
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a performance media role.
- Strong technical understanding of SEM and Social
- Experience in bid management and process automation through Kenshoo, DoubleClick and SA360
- Strong communicator possesses excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Broad client experience across a breadth of industries and categories; Understanding business issues at the core
- Be a proactive self-starter and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients/ projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
