Your new Job: Performance Manager | Search, Social, Media Planning and Activation
The teams’ performance is critical to our market perception and business growth. This community is tasked with creating a recognized market-leading position in digital strategy, brand governance and outcome-focused activation.
The Manager will be responsible for helping our existing client teams deliver digital marketing and media operations excellence to our clients.
This position requires supporting the Client and team, and to provide them insights to cutting edge data driven advertising solutions and technologies, and best practices for brand safety, viewability, fraud and brand suitability.
What will you do?
As the new Performance Manager | Search, Social, Media Planning and Activation, you will:
- Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign and manage client campaigns including, project management, report delivery and client communication.
- Responsible for overseeing and hands-on digital campaign setups to deliver on business goals and objectives.
- Ensure specific media goals and strategies are delivered, media platforms are utilised and optimised to meet, if not exceed, client expectations and needs through flawless delivery.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service and formulate proposals for new client opportunities
- Assist trading teams to improve biddable capabilities, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and Omnicom Media Group standards
- Compile, maintain and distribute brand safety, viewability, fraud and brand suitability best practice document for best in class campaign set up across multiple channels.
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service and formulate proposals for new client opportunities
- Manage the process and tools between planning, activation, measurement and reporting.

What we need from you?
As the new Performance Manager | Search, Social, Media Planning and Activation you should:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in digital marketing and/or performance media role.
- Strong technical understanding of Search and Social platforms
- Experience in campaign activation.
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Demonstrable experience in working across APAC markets and languages
