Your new job: Snr. Account Manager/Account Director

As a Snr. Account Manager/Account Director, you will be the centre of the action in the business, bringging innovative ideas to life and pulling different teams together to make things happen:

  • Offer expert marketing advice and guidance to Clients from diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with the team to create strategic marketing proposals.
  • Coordinate with different departments within the agency to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Engage with Clients to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor team members to ensure their alignment with agency processes and vision.
  • Collaborate with the project team to establish project schedules and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance to the team in working with external partners and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and original ideas.
  • Collaborate with the project and social teams to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Take the lead in new pitches and drive team expansion.

What do we need from you?

As a Snr. Account Manager/Account Director, you should have:

✓ At least 6 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
✓ Extensive background in the digital advertising or marketing industry
✓ Proficiency in campaign planning, idea generation, and performance evaluation
✓ Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms
✓ Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
✓ Positive mindset, characterized by integrity and a willingness to go above and beyond
✓ Highly organized team leader with excellent problem-solving abilities
✓ Due to policies and requirements, we can only accept Singaporean or Permanent Resident candidates
