- Collaborating with clients to align social media strategies with marketing goals and target audience.
- Creating engaging content across various platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including scheduling, engagement, and customer support.
- Designing and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns for effective targeting.
- Analyzing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Building and nurturing online communities around client brands and products.
- Staying updated with social media trends and incorporating new features.
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Coordinating with other digital marketing team members to align efforts.
- Having a good understanding of internet marketing concepts and strategies.
What do we need from you?
As the new Social Media Specialist | Web Design | Content | Paid Social we need you to have:
- Strong abilities in delivering effective presentations and conducting client consultations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the social and/or digital media/marketing sector.
- Exhibits a keen attention to detail and a talent for managing and reporting on creative design campaigns.
- Displays motivation, a results-driven mindset, multitasking capabilities, and effective time management skills.
- Functions well as a collaborative team member while also having the ability to work independently.
