Your new Job: Strategy Director | Media | Communications

As a an Communications Director

  • You will take the lead in devising media strategies for new business pitches, leveraging analysis of existing data, market reports, and trends to generate compelling strategic insights.
  • You will collaborate with business teams and clients to establish business and communications objectives, fostering alignment with the team to develop comprehensive strategy-led communications solutions.
  • Works closely with research, data analytics, and media teams to develop, manage, and analyze key projects.
  • Leads workshops internally and with clients, cultivating an environment of high-quality strategic thinking agency-wide.
  • Contributes to the agency’s reputation for award-winning work through participation in thought leadership papers or events.
  • Drives best practices in strategic planning across various teams.
  • Develops and trains planning tools and processes within the Mx framework (Havas planning framework).
  • Focuses on enhancing capabilities to identify and showcase award-winning work.

What we need from you?

  • You are armed with a degree in marketing or related fields, coupled with extensive experience in media, branding, or consultancy, they offer a wealth of expertise.
  • With a solid 8-10 years in the industry, particularly within media agencies, you specialize in media strategy, digital strategy, communications planning, and new business consulting.
  • Having a sharp understanding of tech platforms, utilizing data insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Masterful storytellers, you are someone who excel in presenting actionable strategies to senior stakeholders, blending verbal and written communication seamlessly.
  • Your leadership shines through with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Through the years, you maintain a broad interest in media trends, enriching their strategic perspective.
  • Approachable yet confident, you foster collaboration and ease in the workplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, being able to optimize tools to enhance productivity across tasks and projects.
