- Leading and growing the video production team
- Developing compelling creative ideas for videos
- Pitching and budgeting for larger projects
- Managing budgets for a range of video executions
- Collaborating with other departments (creative, social, etc)
- Keeping up with trends and making recommendations for how to evolve teams and channels
What we would like you to bring:
As the new Video Operations Director | Leading Publisher | Youtube | Content | Social , we need you to:
- At least 10 years of commercial video production experience, of which 5 years in managing video teams
- Experience executing content for YouTube channels is preferred
- Ability to lead and manage commercial discussions
- Experience working with both internal and external freelance teams
- Strong communication skills and experience in facing clients and leading external meetings
- Ability to keep up with trends and make recommendations for how to evolve the teams and channels
