The marketing team is growing and there is strong momentum around paid channels. You’ll be joining at a moment where your work directly influences the commercial trajectory of the organisation.
The role
As the Performance Marketeer you are responsible for building, managing and optimising paid campaigns, with SEA as your primary focus, complemented by Meta and other relevant channels. The goal is clear: generate as much high-quality traffic and bookings as possible. You work closely with the commercial team and report directly to the Marketing Manager. Here, you don’t manage campaigns from a distance, you drive business growth.
What will you be doing?
- Setting up, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta
- Working with feed-based marketing tools such as Channable
- Monitoring and improving conversion tracking via GA4 and Tag Manager
- Translating data into clear optimisations and growth opportunities
- Managing advertising budgets of €50,000+ per month
What do you bring?
- At least HBO level of thinking and working
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
- Experience with Channable or similar feed management tools
- Strong knowledge of feed-based marketing and automation
- Solid understanding of GA4, Tag Manager and conversion measurement
- Sharp analytical mindset: you turn data into action
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
