Your Role: Team Lead Media Buying

As Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for strategy, performance, and managing a growing team of media buyers. You set the direction, encourage the team, and act as the primary point of contact for performance, planning, and quality.

You combine in-depth knowledge with strong people skills: coaching, structuring, and challenging where needed. At the same time, you’ll also be involved with key accounts, testing new concepts, optimizing campaigns, and initiating innovations.

Together with your team, you’ll build scalable campaigns with a strong commercial focus, on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You’ll contribute to process optimization, team structure, and rolling out best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in digital advertising
  • Strong people skills: you coach, motivate, and drive results
  • Strategic mindset, fast execution, and a keen eye for optimization
  • Strong analytical ability and output-driven, but not afraid to get hands-on
  • Thrive in a high-performance environment with lots of freedom and responsibility
  • Bonus: experience with affiliate marketing
