Your new job: Global Project Lead for Omni-Channel Customer Experience | Consumer Electronics | Rotterdam
As previously mentioned this position will take place in a newly established team. Whereas previously teams have mostly been focussed on a National or Regional level, this one is oriented on taking a holistic approach by tackling things on a Global Level.
During the initial formation it was noted that a lot of projects were all running simultaneously, spanning personalisation, AI integration, dedicated campaigns for key suppliers etc. However, as things are structured there is still a lot of room left for improvement in terms of how the projects are done and where efforts should be dedicated.
In this position you will be closely involved with the Head of Global User Experience. Where your efforts will provide the greatest value is in one part analytical. Being able to analyse the current journeys, conversions or churns and any key points generally important throughout the customer journey.
In another part you will spar closely with the Global Head of Customer Experience as you define key areas that warrant priority and liaise with all relevant stakeholders on a global level that the people have the means to create the necessary improvement and adopt the finetuned processes.
The responsibility with you will be to make sure that lower performing countries have their specific bottleneck resolved to elevate them to the level of their peers, while at the same time enabling the high performers to reach for greater heights still.

What do we need from you?
- As the new Global Project Lead for the Omni Channel Customer Experience, we need the following from you::
- Around 5 years of relevant Project Management or Customer Experience Optimisation, Ideally at a Global scale
- A strong understanding of both digital and brick and mortar elements of the customer journey
- An analytical background is a very big plus
- A natural passion and enthusiasm for your ideas, and the confidence to make your voice heard
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and (healthily) chaotic environment
