Your new job: Senior Program Manager – Customer Experience
In this position you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of EMEA-wide Operations and Customer Experience. Projects will span a wide variety from service booking optimisation, lost item retrieval any anything you could dare no name under omni-channel CX. Within the position you will act as one of the more senior players involved in both strategy and execution you will be the one to help drive calls in what directions the team needs to go and ensure the people and tech are in place to reach set goals. Is is important to note that they are not just looking form someone capable of setting the stategy end send it to others, but actually roll up their sleevs and make it happen as well through hands-on execution.
The projects themselves also involve a wide variety of stakeholders, spanning from product, proces, service, policy, legal and more, depending on the specific project you are working on. The importance is being able to always have the customer at the centre of your view! Your analytical proficiency will be an important factor as you spar with data teams on current standings and make data-driven decisions on what needs to be done next. This data driven mindset will also be relevant in situations where you might not even have all data and have to rely on creative problem solving and experience to guide you.
The environment itself is very fast moving, and even messy at times. Many people in the company have described it as “flying the plane as we are building it”. What do we need from you:
As the latest and greatest Senior Program Manager (Location Amsterdam), we need the following from you:
- 6+ years of experience strategic program management, with a hands-on track record
- Understanding of omni channel CX would be a nice plus
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
- Strong team- and stakehodler management skills
- The ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- The ability articulate complex processes in a structured manner
