Your job: Customer Succes Manager Amsterdam SaaS with Global Client Portfolio
As a Customer Success Manager Amsterdam SaaS, you will enable clients to realize their global collaboration objectives by fully utilizing the capacity of this platform. You will first get acquainted with all stakeholders as every person has a different learning curve and establish deep understanding of their objectives and projects. In short, you are the missing link between these persons and their future achievements!
You will get to know the various integrations and guide or educate your clients through the implementations. The choice for using specific integrations will be based on your comprehension of their business and niche market. But, isn’t that what differentiating you from other Customer Success Managers?
In your role you will be pioneering in the Dutch market. Your direct Dutch colleagues are experienced in this field and can help you to overcome the first hurdles. Nevertheless, they are open for suggestions and everything that you can bring to optimize internal as external processes.
What is required?
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Customer Success Manager
- Experience with SaaS or Cloud solutions is required
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic start-up environment
- Willing to become a collaboration platform specialist
- Producing a world class customer experience
