The vacancy: Conversion Specialist | Amsterdam
As the new Conversion Specialist, you will complete the Analytics and Conversion team with your arrival. Because your new employer has more than 7 million customers, you can imagine one thing: you will be dealing with enormous amounts of data! You will not only be responsible for the Dutch, but also for the European websites. Do you already see those mountains of data?!
In addition to analyzing and structuring those mountains of data, you will also be busy drawing up hypotheses for website optimization. Together with the product owner, other conversion specialists, data analyst and technical web analysts, you ensure that the A/B testing process runs smoothly.
The website of this company can be divided into an e-com environment and an environment in which a piece of personalization is discussed. In addition to the websites, there is also an app and for both you will be responsible for drawing up the roadmap for A/B testing. At your new employer, many tools are also built to make work faster and more efficient, this is done on the basis of your various analyses. Your knowledge of R will therefore also come in handy!
What do we need from you:
- Min. 3 years work experience in Conversion Optimization or web/data analysis
- You have already played Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics completely and we can wake you up at night for a session of analyzing data!
- You have experience with Hotjar and Usabilla
- You are also well acquainted with A/B testing, especially with: Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize
- (Basic) knowledge of SQL and R is an advantage (or the drive to learn it)
- You are curious, creative and you would like to develop further in complex data issues
- You enjoy working in an international environment
- The possibility to work for the Amsterdam office OR one of the other European offices!
