Your new job: CRM Marketing Manager – MEA region

As part of the EMEA Marketing team, this company currently boast a robust group of regional marketers with extensive market knowledge, primarily specializing in acquisition. They are on the lookout for an ambitious and proactive CRM Marketing Manager for MEA (with a focus on KSA, UAE & ZA) to make significant strides in key markets and propel growth in these previously ‘untapped’ countries.

As a result they are currently seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to take charge of Marketing’s role in driving growth, collaborating closely with regional Sales teams to expand into Mid-Market and Enterprise customer segments. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration to develop impactful full-funnel campaigns, generating prospects, encouraging customer usage, measuring success, and disseminating your insights. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will drive your efforts to comprehend our prospect base, decision-maker and influencer personas, and the regional channels to leverage for impactful influence.

Reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this is a newly established position within a highly motivated team. They are looking for someone to join them on their journey of growth. You will have the chance to immerse yourself in the entire marketing mix, focussing on E-mail/CRM and some small bits into content, LinkedIn and events and beyond. The possibilities are yours to define.

As the latest and greatest CRM Marketing Manager – MEA Region, we need the following from you:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • You are fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Strong CRM understanding as a T-shaped marketeer
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or any comparable tool stack
  • Basic working proficiency with HTML and SQL
  • You are able to commute to the office in Amsterdam
