The mission is to build a significant and profitable presence on the top 3-5 marketplaces in the 10 biggest Western countries within two years, and to increase revenue from 20 million to 600 million in two years.

In a compact team of eight people, including the CEO, R&D, Operations Manager, and a sales team in France and Italy, your impact will be significant. With hubs in different parts of the country and the flexibility to structure your workday, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an important growth phase of the company.

The vacancy: Become the Strategic Leader on Top Platforms such as Bol.com and eBay

As a Marketplace Manager, you will lead a profitable business on platforms like Bol.com, eBay, Kaufland, CDiscount, Walmart.com, and B&Q.

You are the driving force behind continuously monitoring and analyzing performance, always keeping an eye on underlying developments. You stay alert to competitor activities and respond with appropriate strategies, which you lead in implementation.

A key task in your role is ensuring the health of product listings on the marketplaces. You ensure that any issues are addressed quickly and effectively. You also play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products.

You are involved in finding, contracting, and managing agencies. You motivate them to deliver high-quality operational work within a reasonable budget.
In collaboration with these agencies, you orchestrate effective product introductions and provide valuable insights to the R&D team for the development of new or optimized products.

What we need from you:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in running successful marketplaces.
  • Experience with Bol.com and Amazon.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A winning mentality and leadership qualities.
