You can play a crucial role in attracting new users to the company’s subscription-based model. Your future manager is an expert in digital performance marketing with extensive experience in both large and small companies. He and the rest of the team are eager to share their knowledge with you and eagerly build the future together.
As the new Performance Analyst…
You will be the first to dive into all ongoing campaigns, and with your data-driven insights, you will immediately identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with two performance marketers who excel in the creative content side of marketing and are eager for your arrival! Currently, Paid Social is the main channel, but it’s essential to expand further on other channels.
In addition to supporting your performance colleagues in optimizing various campaigns, you will also be a great asset to the CRO Specialist. Your data-driven mindset will help analyze on-site traffic and, together with the CRO Specialist, achieve a higher conversion rate. If you happen to know a lot about the new GA4 and are willing to support your new employer in the implementation, that’s a big plus!

As the new Performance Analyst, you bring the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing, particularly in analyzing it
- Experience with Excel and dashboarding + GA4 (a plus)
- A data-driven mindset – a must!
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Business Managers, or Pinterest, Snapchat, Google Analytics
- Experience in Paid Search, Display, Print, Radio, and TV is a significant advantage
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn many things!
