About the Role
As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch digital marketing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple digital channels. Your role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of impactful campaigns. From driving performance metrics to building lasting client relationships, you’ll be the cornerstone of success for the projects you oversee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to client goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improved performance.
- Collaborate with publishers and media partners for efficient media buying.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, tech, etc.) to create marketing materials like banners, mini-webpages, and apps.
- Conduct performance analyses and propose new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch service.
- Address client inquiries related to campaigns through various communication channels.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is not just experienced but also passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate:
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excels in verbal and written communication, particularly in English.
- Has strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and (ideally) Chinese Word Processing.
- Is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Has a keen interest and solid understanding of SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and web publishing.
- Brings experience or familiarity with performance marketing and web analytics metrics (a plus).
