Your new job: Business Development Manager Germany | Substantial Growth Potential
As the new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within Germany. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including outbound lead generation, inbound lead management, qualification, opportunity evaluation, closing, and key account development. This means, the opportunity to build a valuable network and secure future growth opportunities within the SaaS market
A typical week is filled with social interactions, giving demos, identifying, surfacing, and addressing potential buying obstacles. You will craft personalized value propositions, enable commitment, and negotiate terms. You will work prospects through the funnel, using tools such as HubSpot to successfully close deals. Being in a position that identifies the customer's needs, you bring valuable insights into how this platform can surpass its customer's expectations. Making you an asset within the company

Are you ready for the next step?
As the new Business Development Manager Germany | Building a Valuable Network we need from you:
- Min. 2 years of experience in sales within the SaaS industry
- Experienced with communicating with all levels of an organization
- At least 1-year BDR experience (pipe generation and deal closing)
- Native German speaker who is also proficient in English
- Proactive, resilient, business-driven, and target oriented
- Independent with a cooperative spirit
- Active listener, having excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills
