The role as Customer Success Manager
As a CSM you will be responsible for all the existing clients in the French market. This means your responsibilities are client satisfaction and continuity in revenue for the existing clients.
You see yourself as an advisor and in this role you are fully responsible for up and cross-selling with your clients. You will monitor the performance of the accounts in your portfolio and you have strong relation building skills. You are an expert on giving demonstrations on how to use the product.
- At least two years experience in a CSM role
- Fluent in French (preferably mother tongue)
- At least two years experience with Sales (upselling, cross selling)
- At least one year experience within a SaaS organization
- Preferably experience within a financial organization
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- €56k OTE (46/10)
- International team based in Amsterdam
