Industry disrupter with who is about to go into hyper growth

The company is a technology and advertising company who doubled his revenue every year since it was founded in 2016. The industry sales manager will join a fast-growing success that is founded by a former French sports professional. With several companies in Europe under his name he is opening his new success story in France. After testing and opening up in neighbour countries is time to scale up.

The road map for France is ready and on route. The plan is to start in the US in the 2nd quarter of 2020. With a massive potential to disrupt the DOOH market we are looking for an Industry Sales Manager for the retail and FMCG market and automotive industry.

The French office is very early stage but will move to a bigger office on a great location in Paris in the next month. The company puts a lot of trust in his employees and believes that autonomy is key in the success. You don’t need a manager; you need a coach who helps you when you want it. This goes back into the sports mentality of the founder.

[H2] Travel around France and meet with C-level at Retail and FMCG’s

 

As Industry Sales Manager you would be responsible for meeting with Chief Digital officers, Marketing Managers of the retail and FMCG or Automotive industry. Your meetings will be set up by an inside sales representative. 

He or she will have a bottom up strategy and make sure you will have meetings to follow up on. It’s important that you can work autonomously and take care of your own market. You will be selling a DOOH advertising projects. This means offering your clients the technology to display advertising in their store and run DOOH advertising campaigns across France.
The role will offer a car, phone, MacBook and training from experiences top performers in sales. 

Part of your role is to successfully work with your inside sales rep. This means sharing market information, educating him or her on the challenges your client has and managing the inflow of leads. It’s truly of the key points of success to have a good relationship with the one setting your meetings.

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in sales in marketing, media, digital or advertising.
  • A good understanding of the consultative sales approach
  • Highly driven and motivated personality
