Two years ago, the top consultant at a recruitment agency in the Netherlands got ready for a big challenge. To start a recruitment company in Paris, with no budget, without speaking French for the French market. He started calling potential clients in Paris, learning French while cold calling and setting up meetings in cafés, hotel lobbies or meeting at the offices of the client, the company slowly started to get traction in the market. Today we represent the top international and global tech companies, the hottest start-ups opening up in Paris and are growing fast!  
Because of the different approach that provides a consultative and highly personal experience for the candidate the company differentiates itself from competitors.

The company is however part of recruitment group founded by a former top consultant at a large international recruitment agency who believed you can help clients fast without losing the personal and human aspect in recruitment. You will join the French office who is fully self-reliant. All offices share knowledge clients and ideas and training.

Your role as Junior Consultant : the first step in your new career

“Joining this company will be one of the most challenging things you have done, it’s a high-speed-train that’s left the station, you have to run and jump in”.  That’s how the first employee described it to his new colleague.

However, it’s really fun, you manage your own time, work in the office or at home, you learn how to sell, close, do time management, improve your English. Build a market, lean how to lead, teach, motivate others. Also, there is a proven success model and clear career growth plan.

You will learn how to help candidates find their ideal new challenge and help clients get the best talent in the market. You will be in charge of your own market, you be trained and assisted by the senior consultant who will train you via a step-by-step program you can follow in your own tempo to be a success recruitment consultant. The training will evolve into continuous coaching. We believe you never stop learning and personal development is the key to your success.

Our goal is to help you grow your professional career, in the company we have lots of opportunities from sales to marketing, consultancy, management or even entrepreneurship. Nothing is set in stone. You can take on the task that you want to do.
