As an Account Manager:

You have a very good foundation

Confidence comes from a lot of experience doing something over and over again. Have you worked already on different brands? Therefore applying various frameworks in generating effective ideas that will help clients achieve their goals? Is your communication skills built on a steady foundation of really determining what is required by the client and the why behind everything?

A Team Player

In order to become a very good team player, you are first a reliable individual in your function. Altogether, the team operates in synergy. In having a good grasp of the company’s resources, you are able to think along with the team and the client of the possibilities that can be created for them towards the most desirable results. With your client seeing you on their side, they become more proactive in working with you and your team. You understand that good clients are not found but rather created.
With this, you will work continuously with planning and social media department to develop campaign proposals. You will also liaise with third-party partners and/or vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects.                                                                  

Ensure quality

You have a key role in testing and implementing quality assurance on all assigned tasks. Your work is a direct bridge to the company’s reputation to its clients.

You are experience when it comes to digital media projects. Building expertise takes time. Being someone who has been doing account management for 3 or more years now, you have a strong understanding of different digital advertising solutions. Your creative foundation is important. You police the experience of each brand on the channels the agency will touch on.


Your ability to collaborate is sharp. Your attention to detail and information is crucial. You lead people to an open communication to get to superb results. It’s one thing to know what to do, it’s another topic to communicate and effectively run them with your colleagues. Trust and communication is key. 

Analytical and Solution Finder

Your high level of curiosity leads to finding out where problems really lie. Being solution-oriented enables you to care for the projects and the team so things will be done better or risks and mistakes will be mitigated or avoided.
